We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, you can return it within 14 days after receiving the goods in accordance with the terms outlined in our Terms and Conditions (including the cancellation policy). Please note that the costs for returning the item must be covered by you.

How to return an item:

1. Return Period
   You have 14 days after receiving the goods to return them. The items must be unused and in their original condition (including labels and packaging). Please fill out the provided cancellation form.

2. Return Label and Shipping Costs
   The return is at your expense. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns. We recommend sending the goods securely and with tracking, to ensure you are protected in case the package is lost.

4. Refund
   Once we have received and inspected the returned goods, we will refund the purchase amount within 10 working days to the original payment method.
